Jowar Flour (Sorghum): How to use it?
- Heat some ghee in a pan. Use a medium flame. Add jowar flour and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add ¾ cup of water and jaggery. Mix well and cook for 1 minute on a medium flame. Stir continuously.
- Turn off the heat. Add the banana and mix well.
- Serve when it is lukewarm.
