Jowar Flour (Sorghum): How to use it?

  • Heat some ghee in a pan. Use a medium flame. Add jowar flour and sauté for 2 minutes.
  • Add ¾ cup of water and jaggery. Mix well and cook for 1 minute on a medium flame. Stir continuously.
  • Turn off the heat. Add the banana and mix well.
  • Serve when it is lukewarm.
